Question:  How do I kick the overeating rut?

Women are dynamic.  We see how things are connected, we consider all things possible, we understand emotional life and can multitask like mad.

Yet, our ability to be so multifaceted can also be a curse.  It can lead us to suffer from anxiety, depression and overwhelm because we can see and take on so much emotionally.

In order to not fall into the dull-drums, it is imperative every woman have a healthy dose of self-care added to her day!

You can add dance to a workout routine.  You can do watercolors, or take a trip to the craft store and purchase something new.  You can play games with a child, hold an art day with friends, or write poetry.  How about a home spa morning?

I recently borrowed a loom from my mom and began weaving.  I have no clue what I’m doing, but it doesn’t matter.  Each layer of weaving brings with it peace.

What would you like to do, but haven’t made time for?  Even if it is 10 minutes a day, find that something that will enliven your Heart!

P.S. One of my favorites are window markers!  They come off easily, but allow for a new colorful inspiration to be placed on a mirror or window whenever the tide calls!   You can even write an empowering affirmation on your bathroom mirror. :-)
