Meet Laurel Inman, EWH Founder
Life Coach & Health Educator
Hello and welcome! If you are here, I’m elated you found this community! However, I also write this with a heavy heart. I know if you are here, most likely you are feeling like a victim to food and struggling. You are exactly why my services exist.
I began Eating With Heart after personally ending years of struggle with the love/hate relationship to food, watching other’s struggle endlessly and then stumbling on a tried-and-true system leading women through the journey to wholeness. It is the only system that is heart-centered and finally gals… realistic (no media gimmicks, quick fixes, fads or false pretexts…. which I came to loathe over the years of failure I had experienced and come to expect).
Please get cozy, enjoy the articles, resources and programs I’ve made available to help you heal your heart around food and create an authentic, loving and rewarding relationship to food, for a lifetime of results!
It IS possible,
Laurel Inman, PCC

Personally: After breaking free from years of struggle against emotional eating, I chose to live my life to its fullest!! I’m the mother to two wonderful boys and an amazing creative girl (ages now 12 – 21). Yoga is a weekly life saver in my life. I get into nature, rock-climbing, reading and exploring the depths of who I am spiritually every chance I get. For my therapy, and to give back to the world, I create handmade tiles and mosaics as a public artist. My message:
Whatever it is your heart desires… go for it! It is possible!!!
